Turkey Leg Air Fryer Ingredients
Drumsticks – We used two medium sized turkey drumsticks that came in a pack from Lidl. You can use the same or similar ones. Though note, if yours are much bigger then you will need to adjust the cook time.
Oil – I recommend some extra virgin olive oil in a spray bottle that you can spray onto the skin of the turkey. This will help create that wonderfully crispy skin.
Seasoning – Just like when you cook air fryer sirloin steak, a simple seasoning works best. That way you can enjoy the flavours of the turkey leg. We used mixed herbs, salt and pepper in this recipe.
Then for the kitchen gadgets that we have used in our turkey leg in the air fryer, it has just been our Philips Air Fryer. We have this one and its wonderful for many types of air fryer recipes and roasts meats like turkey perfectly.
