Slimming World Chickpea Curry
I originally shared with you this Slimming World Chickpea Curry back in late 2017. I was on a mission to lose weight in time for Christmas and was focusing on Slimming World speed foods and I wanted to eat a curry and all I had in the pantry was a sad looking can of chickpeas.
Not exactly your traditional slimming world chickpea curry, but an easier and rather healthy one.
Let’s back track a second to the curry sauce. Its not just any curry sauce but my slimming world curry sauce. Made with vegetables, more vegetables and curry powder. Can be served as a curry soup or sauce and perfect for mixing with a can of chickpeas when you want a lazy healthy lunch.
Well, this air fryer chickpea curry recipe, has become my go to for a fridge or pantry clear out and I also mix and match it with other pantry staples.
If you want something easy and simple and Syn free on Slimming World, then it doesn’t get any better than this. Plus, I have noticed a big trend with Slimming World members having soup makers and air fryers, so if this is you, then this is perfect.
