    1. Hi Mercedes,

The macros are just for one serving. Only use them as a measure as they are not going to be really accurate because the system we use takes foods in general and they are many different versions of the same foods from different countries 🙂

This is a total life changer. Never did i consider cooking the fries at two different temperatures.

Tried these cajun fries last night with some of your burgers and they were perfect. Can’t wait now to mix it up with some other flavours. Lemon pepper next time with wings.

  3. Hi there,
    Love your recipes.
Do you by chance have a recipe for Keto nan bread to cook in the air fryer?

  4. Thank you for the recipe. I’d like to try it, but I have no idea how much 568g is. I realize that potatoes are different sizes, but can you give an approximation…like ‘approximately 3 medium potatoes’ or something like that so I can at least get somewhere close?

    1. Hi Nancy,

It is about 1.2lbs. I would estimate 3 medium potatoes, 2 large potatoes or 6 small potatoes, hope this helps 🙂

  5. I made one small tweak to this – when I removed soaking fries from fridge I microwaved them for 6 minutes – meanwhile I turned air fryer on to heat up. I followed your recipe exactly for the rest – and it made the best, yummy fries. Will be doing this from now on.
