Mini Corn Dogs In Air Fryer
You probably want to know what the story is behind our mini corn dogs in the air fryer. Well, us and corn dogs started with a trip to Disney World in the summer of 2012.
To the amusement of the American server, we asked what a corn dog was, as we had never heard of one until then.
Of course, he was professional, and we tried them and loved them. Because they are not a thing, where we live, it has never been something we can enjoy on a regular basis.
So, when we headed to our local frozen food supermarket back in 2018, we were overjoyed to see frozen corn dogs among the various festive frozen food that they had in stock.
Though they were not regular frozen corn dogs, but mini corn dogs and we were cooking them in the air fryer the same day.
We have not seen them since and have never seen full size corn dogs and hired a wonderful assistant when we did our air fryer frozen corn dogs. I just look forward to the day when they are available here.
Can You Air Fry Frozen Corn Dogs?
Absolutely! They are much easier to air fry compared to homemade corn dogs and the crunch and crisp on them is AMAZING. Also because we are talking about frozen mini corn dogs in the air fryer you can fit quite a few in at once.

Air Fryer Frozen Party Food Cooking Tips
Back in 2018 when I originally shared with you how to cook air fryer frozen mini corn dogs as well as other appetizers this is the advice I gave:
- Cook small items together first as this gives you a fantastic head start
- Check freezer box timings and group together items with similar cook time
- Once the 2nd lot is on, keep other items warm in the oven on its lowest setting
- After 4th lot turn the oven off, it will retain its heat without overcooking food
- Pizza trays are fantastic for keeping your food warm on, they have small holes and help things breathe
- Unsure of cooking time, then do slightly less as you can always later, but you can’t take away

- Box Mini Corn Dogs
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray optional
Instructions
- Load into the air fryer basket your frozen mini corn dogs along with any other frozen appetizers that you would like to cook at the same time.
- Cook your mini corn dogs in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180c/360f. Serve warm with your favourite other appetizers.
