Bread Machine Garlic Bread. A fun way to enjoy your favourite garlic bread using the bread machine. It starts with bread machine pizza dough and this is transformed into the best tasting pull apart garlic rolls that are cooked in the air fryer.
Bread Machine Garlic Bread
One of my favourite uses of the bread machine is to make bread machine garlic bread. But I don’t throw garlic into the bread machine.
Instead, I make our no fail bread machine pizza dough. It will then make enough dough for a delicious air fryer pizza that will be loaded with cheese and tomato and air fryer garlic bread.
The garlic bread cooks so perfectly in the air fryer and I get excited every single time I cook it.
Not sure if the excitement is how fast the bread machine is at making dough, the smell of freshly cooked garlic bread, or how delicious the garlic bread is.
But todays recipe is an alternative way to make your favourite bread machine garlic bread. It is still cooked in the air fryer, but instead we are making pull apart garlic cheese rolls.
With one of our favourite silicone moulds that is meant for making a party ring cake with, but I love to double it up for savoury food in the air fryer. You see it makes a great alternative to a bundt pan and as you will see in this bread machine garlic cheese bread.
Pull Apart Garlic Rolls
You probably think that pull apart garlic rolls are overcomplicated but they are not. They are one of the easiest things ever to make with your bread maker pizza dough.
You are essentially stuffing little dough balls with a little cheese, then tossing them in garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Then as they cook the little bit of cheese in the middle with melt and you have these addictive cheesy balls that you won’t be able to stop eating.
Even better, follow our instructions for making this pull apart appetizer in a silicone mould and they will come out as perfectly stuck together. Ideal for dinner parties, girls night in, parties or just an appetizer for Netflix marathons.
Garlic Bread Ingredients
The ingredients to make homemade garlic bread are simple everyday ingredients:
- Pizza Dough
- Garlic Puree
- Dried Parsley
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Then of course, using cheese is optional but I love to add a small chunk of cheddar cheese inside of my garlic bread. It just makes it taste even better.
Also, if you go to France and have garlic bread, they will use butter, yet in the rest of continental Europe it is always extra virgin olive oil. You can use either, but I much prefer extra virgin olive oil. It mixes easier and it makes the process much quicker and is better for you.
How To Make Garlic Bread In A Bread Machine?
Cooking garlic bread in the bread machine is one of the EASIEST EVER uses of the bread machine.
- Dump pizza dough ingredients into the bread machine.
- Roll dough into balls and add a bit of cheese in each dough ball.
- Place in silicone ring until you have run out of dough.
- Air fry + enjoy!

- 500 g Bread Machine Pizza Dough
- 1 Tsp Garlic Puree
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- 30 g Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Make your pizza dough in your bread machine. While it is mixing add your garlic, extra virgin olive oil and parsley to a ramekin and mix well.
- When the bread machine beeps remove the dough and make into medium sized balls.
- In the centre of each of the balls add a small chunk of cheese. Then roll it back up so that the cheese is hidden.
- In your silicone party ring add your balls, one at a time, until there is no gaps. Brush the tops and sides of the dough balls with your garlic ramekin ingredients until they are all well coated.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

Use your read machine to make pizza . You can make the base and freeze it. You can make hamburger bums, bake in A/F then make patties. I make BIG ones.
Bread with cheese in is delicious and this is the perfect comfort food recipe. We added some spicy cheese to it instad of plain cheese and it worked wonders many thanks.
