    Thanks very much for this bell pepper recipe. I love eating peppers yet the rest of the family doesn’t. So i can load them into the air fryer and do them as a snack just for me.

    Thank you for posting this. I have a glut of peppers and have wondered what to do with them. How do you recommend the cooked peppers be stored for later use, without oil? How long would they keep?

    1. Hi Stephanie,

      If you have a lot of them i would recommend loading into zip lock bags and loading into the freezer for later use. Or the fridge for up to 4 days.
