Duck Eggs
Unlike my husband Dominic and the rest of our family, I’m not a big fan of an air fryer English breakfast. The only English breakfast items that excite me are the sausages and the black pudding, making a full English with me, a complete waste.
But what I do love is soft boiled eggs, also known as dippy eggs with some soldiers. I could eat them every weekend. My grandparents would always serve them for breakfast on a Saturday morning with loads of toast followed by lots of jam and marmalade to go with the toast.
But the ultimate treat was when the market had duck eggs and you could soft boil duck eggs and they were slightly bigger than chicken eggs and tasted so much better. My mum was truly amazing when she bought me some!
A reader asked me recently about duck eggs in the air fryer and I just had to go back to childhood and cook some delicious duck eggs and introduce the kids to the best boiled eggs ever.
