Air Fryer Dark Chocolate Ganache. A delicious quick chocolate sauce made in the air fryer. Way too good for sharing and requires just a few simple pantry ingredients.
Air Fryer Dark Chocolate Ganache
Chocolate addicts unite, I am making a quick air fryer recipe today for air fryer dark chocolate ganache.
Anyone that knows me well, knows I am a complete chocolate addict. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, practice frugality, but have never been able to shake off my chocolate addiction.
I am sure my chocolate addiction gets worse the older I get!
But it recently occurred to me that, I have hardly added any sweet air fryer recipes on Recipe This for some time now. I mean how has that happened????
But I thought right now was a great time to share my recent addiction to making an addictive chocolate ganache in the air fryer. After all, it is one of those simple air fryer recipes, that I know you will love as much as me.
It gets better though, this air fryer dark chocolate sauce recipe can be replaced with white chocolate, milk chocolate, or whatever chocolate you have.
Just follow the same principles of this recipe and you’re all set.
Air Fryer Chocolate Ganache
For me the addiction with the air fryer is simplicity. You can just throw it in, and the air fryer does the hard work for you and you then have the most delicious food ever without feeling like you made an effort to cook lunch.
It was delicious and the time spent in the kitchen was less than 5 minutes and its perfect for when you’re tired and can’t be bothered to cook.
I was feeling the same way, when I invented my Air Fryer Chocolate Ganache. I hate the idea of having to warm up a pan, boil some water and balance a basin over it to melt chocolate.
Well that is how most people do it unless they have tried making it in the air fryer. The Air Fryer can be like making chocolate mug cakes and the way you would have thrown the ingredients into the microwave.
But instead of the microwave it is the air fryer.
How To Make Dark Chocolate Ganache In The Air Fryer
We’re talking the simplest of ingredients to make dark chocolate ganache in the air fryer:
That is it! Even better you can substitute ingredients depending what you have in.
- Swap dark chocolate for any chocolate that melts well
- Swap honey for maple syrup or toffee sauce
- Swap Greek yoghurt for coconut milk
When you cook your chocolate ganache in the air fryer you cook the butter, dark chocolate and honey together. Stir when it beeps and then pour in and mix your yoghurt or cream.
Then it is done.
My number #1 tip for success is my Air Fryer Cake Pan. It is the perfect size and you can throw the ingredients in and then stir and serve.
You could also use it as a chocolate fondue if you wanted to. You can also see it on our Air Fryer Accessories Guide.
Dark Chocolate Spread
Another extra idea is to turn your dark chocolate ganache into dark chocolate spread. To do this use full cream coconut milk instead of Greek yoghurt.
Then once you have made your chocolate ganache, fridge it for 3 hours. It will set like spread and is delicious for making chocolate treats with.
Beware of making chocolate ganache with children in the kitchen. They lurk and are very good at waiting until your back is turned and helping themselves.
You can guarantee my little ones will always be in the kitchen when we’re making anything sweet.
Though on this occasion it was dunking the Greek yoghurt tub:
