  1. I agree brisket is a great cut if it’s made nice and tender. This is a new way to me but intrigued to see how it would work out.

  2. Hi Jennifer,

The beef brisket is so underated in our opinion 🙂 The Instant Pot does make cooking these rather tough meats very easy and can be done in about an hour where before it could take upwards of 3-4 hours to soften them up. Hope you grab a instant pot we are glad we did!

    Kind Regards

These look so yummy and like Guy Fieri will say, ” they’re super tender”. I love that you add some heat with the cayenne. Would love to try your recipe! Thanks for sharing!

  4. I’ve never seen a round brisket as shown in your recipe. I’ve only seen and purchased ones that are kind of rectangular. Did you roll it up after scoring and seasoning?

    1. Hi Suzanne,

In the UK brisket is always sold from the butchers rolled and tied with string. It makes the beef brisket more tender when it cooks and if its not rolled you will find the brisket rather tough in the air fryer. Then you can score and season it once rolled. 🙂
