In your pdf air fryer favorites cook times, are the cook times the same for any size roast or food item? I.e. the pork loin roast is 80 minutes @360f. Is this per pound, or any size roast?
Hi Don,
The 80 minutes cook time is for the whole roast. So for the pork loin roast in the air fryer our roast was 1.2 kg roughly 2.65 lbs and it cooked in 80 minutes. So if the pork is bigger add more time on and vice versa if the pork is smaller 🙂
I have purchased an Air Fryer and am browsing your site and collecting your recipes like mad and have found a new and unexpected joy in cooking. So, thank you for all you do.
