  1. I have made these a couple of times. And they are so soft and creamy inside. Wonderful! But they don’t get crispy. I use EVOO and the seasonings. So they taste great but I want the crispy potato skin. What am I doing wrong? Please help

      Have you tried tossing them in extra virgin olive oil prior to cooking or are you just giving them a quick spray?

      I recommend the same temperature. I also recommend when using the oven when you see higher temperatures being used that you use the top shelf of your air fryer oven.

      If the 4 pieces are the same size as the baby potatoes then you should get a similar result ????
