I am addicted to air fryer popcorn shrimp and can never stop dunking them into a nice mayonnaise and rarely do I leave one for Sofia!
As well as your frozen popcorn shrimp you need a good air fryer. We have the Philips Air Fryer XL, Philips Air Fryer XXL and the Power Air Fryer Oven in our house. But the best job comes from one of the Philips Air Fryers.
That is because the basket air fryer does a better job of crisping them up.

Frozen popcorn shrimp cook time is JUST 8 minutes. That is the shrimp cooking time from frozen to the point of crispy delicious pieces of popcorn shrimp.
How Do You Cook Frozen Popcorn Shrimp In An Air Fryer?
Cooking frozen popcorn shrimp in the air fryer is so simple:
- Remove the frozen popcorn shrimp from the packaging and remove any excess breading that has fallen off in the box.
- Place your popcorn shrimp into your air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 minutes on a medium temperature.
- Serve with your other favourite frozen foods!

- 440 g Frozen Popcorn Shrimp
Instructions
- Remove your frozen popcorn shrimp from the packaging, carefully discarding any loose pieces of breaded batter that have come loose.
- Place your popcorn shrimp into the air fryer. Though make sure they are not overcrowded and there is room for them to cook.
- Set the temperature to 180c/360f and the time for 8 minutes.
- When it beeps serve with your favourite sides.
