  1. Can I cook frozen chicken cordon blue that I bought at the grocery store. Should I let it thaw a bit first? Thanks.

    1. Hi Madonna

      Thanks for your comment.

Yes. Simply follow our frozen cordon bleu instructions.

      Kind Regards

I’ve taken this recipe to heart. It is now my family’s favorite dinner! With the insanely large size of some chicken breasts, I can get four cutlets from one fillet. My husband is currently eating a cordon sandwich, for breakfast!

  3. I followed receipt where it said to cook frozen chicken for 8 minutes at 180 degrees, turn over and raise heat and cook for another 4 minutes. Did it and it was raw. I had to cook for 9 minutes

    1. Hi Bernadette,

Sorry it did not work out for you. The frozen chicken cordon bleu we used was thin and did not taste too great which is what we find with pre-frozen food. If you have a different air fryer the cooking can take longer than expected because ours is a pretty powerful Philips air fryer XL. Did you mean it took a further 9 minutes to cook your frozen chicken cordon bleu, if it took that long may be the frozen food you used was much larger than ours or your air fryer was not working correctly 🙂

      1. Is it possible that you had the air fryer set on 180F instead of 360F? My air fryer does not have settings in Centigrade, just Fahrenheit.
