      We have a mix of American, European & Aussie readers, so we are in the process of putting a converter on all posts, but they have to be done one by one so take a while. So stay tuned for when it is all done. In the meantime we have a quick conversion chart on our about page.

      On the recipe just under the ingredients you will see the words metric and imperial. If you click imperial it will change the measurements to the united states.

  1. Quick question – how would you adjust the cooking time if you are using boneless chicken breast ( like you would use on a sandwich ) instead of the chicken legs?

      Depending on the size of the chicken breasts and how many you are cooking I would cook them for 25 minutes on 320f/160c turn half way through, then cook for a further 10 minutes on 180c/360f to crisp then check to make sure they are ready ????
