I am a soup maker addict. In fact, its very rare that I go more than a couple of days in the winter months without using my soup maker. Then of course in summer it doubles as a blender for refreshing frozen fruit loaded smoothies.

In today’s podcast I wanted to share with you all about using a soup maker and how easy they are for healthy eating on a day to day basis. If you don’t have a soup maker already, you will learn what a soup maker is and the brand to avoid.
