Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops. Easy air fryer boneless pork chops cooked with garlic in the Air Fryer XL. Perfect for a quick air fryer pork chops supper and no breading required.
Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops
Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops is the best. There is no pork chop breading, you can throw your ingredients into the air fryer and have a lazy supper.
As you can see from the picture above it certainly shouts out LAZY SUPPER. That is because we made it late at night when we were tired, when we couldn’t be bothered to cook and when prior to owning an air fryer we would have got a takeaway instead.
But there is another reason why I love to cook Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops and that is because it is ideal for tight people like me. By tight I mean frugal and I love practicing frugality in the way that I cook in the Air Fryer.
These boneless pork chops that I cooked I got on clearance and they have been sat in my freezer, shouting out AIR FRY ME ever since. As well as that I am using whole garlic cloves from a bag of them that I got at a discount price. Add in leftover potatoes the night before grocery shopping and I am ALL SET.
But boneless pork chops are also cheaper to buy. You’re not paying for the bone, just the delicious pork meat and I will always choose the boneless pork chop over the bone in.
I also fall under the fussy eater crowd, that hates bones in their pork chops. I know. I know. At the age of 37 I should have grown out of that by now!
But I haven’t and my dad is a super fussy eater, so I am sure I have inherited it from him. Though he is so bad I don’t think he would entertain a pork chop due to pork being too fatty.
Air Fryer Garlic Pork Chops
My cooking revolves around garlic. I just love garlic and I am in the right place living here in Portugal. If you have not tried it yet, then check out my Air Fryer Roasted Garlic as it is AMAZING.
You can make yummy garlicky pork chops by loading the Air Fryer Grill Pan with not only your boneless pork chops but with whole garlic cloves too. Then the garlic cloves give such an amazing depth of flavour to the pork chops and taste just like what you would expect of Mediterranean Pork Chops.
You simply layer your garlic cloves and your boneless pork chops into the air fryer and the air fryer does the hard work for you. Or in the case of this recipe the Air Fryer Grill Pan.
If you have not got one yet, there are a genius air fryer invention. They slot into the air fryer as an alternative basket and then cook your food like a grill would.
Air Fryer Pork Chops No Breading
I am not a big fan of Breaded Air Fryer Pork Chops, though my husband Dominic is. If he had the choice, he would gladly have our breaded version. But I love my pork chops to be simple.
Made with simple delicious flavours and be able to put them in the air fryer and then come back a short time later to perfectly cooked pork chops.
Because our air fryer pork chops are not breaded, they are also perfect for a wide range of diets. They are Paleo, Low Carb and Gluten Free to name a few.
If you do follow a healthy diet such as Paleo, or are doing a round of the Whole 30, I 100% recommend Butcher Box for sourcing your heritage breed pork chops. You can order them in bulk as part of a custom box too.
Air Fryer Pork Chops Thin Cut
The pork chops that we are using are a thin cut. That is the traditional way here in Portugal and it is rare, unless you go to a Butchers and ask for a particular cut, to find them any other way.
I love thin cut pork chops in the air fryer because they take less time to cook and it keeps my calories in check.
