If you want the easiest way to cook turkey breast then let me introduce you to our delicious slow cooker turkey breast. This crockpot slow cooker turkey breast is moist, juicy, flavoursome and easy to prepare.

Turkey breast is one of those meats that most people are frightened to make. Do they brine it, do they not brine it, will it be dry, will it be moist, do I put silver foil over it and the list goes on and on!
My husband Dominic has always cooked the juiciest ever turkeys that I have ever tried. You can guarantee that all 3 of the kids, myself and our cats will be crowded around Dominic waiting for the first bite.
Sorry mum, Dominic’s are the best!!!!
At Thanksgiving Dominic is always in charge of the moist turkey breast and the roast potatoes, while I take on the sides and OMG I love a lot of side dishes to go with my turkey!
I’m just surprised we don’t blow our electric. I will have both slow cookers, both Instant Pot Pressure Cookers, the soup maker and the air fryer, all on the go over one afternoon.
But not everyone has been to culinary school like Dominic and it can cause a real headache to a lot of people especially at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
I wanted to create a slow cooker turkey breast version so that you had a no fail turkey breast recipe to fall back on. Just in case you don’t have a chef at home with you!
With our turkey breast in the slow cooker it is one that is moist and flavoursome and that you can have all year long and not just for seasonal occasions.
I like to grab some turkey breast whenever it is on the weekly butcher deals at my local supermarket. They normally drop it down to 3 Euros a kilo and whenever they do, I must snap one up. Or on some weeks when I am feeling greedy, I will buy two turkey breasts and then freeze the other for another time.

At 3 Euros a Kilo it works out at just over 5€ for one like the one below:

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

To make my recipe for slow cooker turkey breast we start with a tasty rub for the turkey breast. We used a boneless turkey breast like you can see above, but you could use a turkey crown if your slow cooker is big enough to handle one!
This turkey breast that we used was just over 2 kilos but they can vary a lot in size, I just say as long as it comfortably fits in your slow cooker, then you’re good to go!
Slow Cooker Turkey Breast + Shredded

I know we all love to shred our food in the slow cooker! I am not alone on this and its because meat shredded in the slow cooker is so damn good. Think about the obsession that we all have with pulled pork, pulled turkey, brisket etc. We just never stop shredding.
The wonderful thing about shredding slow cooker turkey breast is the juices. The turkey breast creates a lot of juices while cooking and this can then keep the turkey moist and become a sauce for when you have cooked your turkey.
Plus, if you want to be healthy during Thanksgiving or Christmas then shredded turkey breast in the slow cooker is ideal. This is because you can shred the turkey once it is cooked and serve it over vegetables for a lovely dinner.
As well as this there is no fats, processed foods, grains added to this slow cooker turkey breast recipe making it Whole30, Paleo, Weight Watchers and Slimming World friendly.
