Do you ever have that moment when you make something that is truly delicious and you can not believe that everyday healthy ingredients could make something that is out of this world amazing?
It is like a light switch suddenly comes on and you can’t understand why you hadn’t tried these years ago and you wonder how your life was without it?
Well this is me and my Paleo banana and avocado chocolate mousse pudding!
You get the creamy mousse effect from the banana and the avocado and the natural sugar and the cacao nibs give you that delicious sweet flavour. It is also not too rich but will still get rid of your chocolate cravings at the same time.
It is perfect for if you are following Paleo 100% and want a pudding that you can reach to when you have chocolate cravings.
I remember when I first got into avocados I never realised that they could serve such a big purpose in such a huge amount of dishes. I would even go as far as saying that avocados have become my super food of late.
You really wouldn’t think that up until 2015 that I had never tried them before. Now I couldn’t imagine a week without buying at least six of them.

- 1 Large Avocado (peeled and stone removed)
- 1 Large Banana (peeled and chopped in half)
- 60ml Cocoa Powder
- 60ml The Healthy Tree Cacao Nibs
- 2Tbsp Honey
- 250ml Cup Coconut Milk
- 1Tsp Vanilla Essence
- Place all your ingredients into the blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Once blended place into little dishes and fridge for an hour.

Do you ever have that dream product that you want to try? Well this was me and raw cacao nibs. I have of course experimented a lot of times with cocoa powder and how much tastier it can make your food than just placing hot chocolate powder in everything.
