INGREDIENTS

Cabbage Butter optional Salt & Pepper

Step 1

Shred and clean your cabbage. Load into your steamer basket.

Step 2

Place 2 cups of water (480ml) into your instant pot inner pot. Add in the trivet and the cabbage loaded steamer basket.

Step 3

Season your cabbage with salt and pepper. Spread your butter out over the top of the cabbage.

Step 4

Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 1 minute. Do a quick pressure release and stir your cabbage before serving.
