If you have a cold rotisserie chicken sat in the fridge, let me show you how easy it is to reheat rotisserie chicken in the air fryer.
- 1 Leftover Rotisserie Chicken
Place your cold rotisserie chicken in the air fryer and make sure it is breast side up and not touching the top of the air fryer.
Cook for 30 minutes at 160c/360f.
Check that is cooked with a thermometer and reading 75c/165f before serving.
Size. We tested with a medium rotisserie chicken and a large rotisserie chicken. We found that a large needed 40 minutes and a medium was done in 30 minutes.
Dry. Don’t be tempted to increase the temperature. If you do, then you are likely to have a very dry chicken.
