Forgot to get the steak out of the freezer? Then you must try frozen steak in air fryer. So juicy and delicious you will think you just bought it from the butchers.
Start by carefully removing your steaks from the packaging. Sometimes they can get stuck, and we find scissors the easiest.
Place the frozen sirloin steak in air fryer and season your steaks well with salt, pepper, and any extra dried seasoning you are adding.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 170c/340f then flip and season again on the other side and air fry for another 8 minutes at the same temperature.
Allow to rest before serving.

Notes
Please note This air fried frozen steak recipe was tested in our Cosori Air Fryer XL (its this one). Air fryers vary so adjust if necessary, depending on the quality of your air fryer. Or consult the temperature test on page 18 of The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook.Sirloin Steak Size. Note that my sirloin steaks weighed 250g each and to adjust the cook time if yours are bigger or smaller.Surf & Turf. I love a surf and turf and usually add in a handful of shrimp to the air fryer to serve with my steak. If you would like to do the same add the shrimp when you turn your steak, otherwise the shrimp will be overcooked.Garlic Shrimp. If you like garlic butter shrimp, toss it in spare garlic butter before cooking. They will have the wow factor.Quality Steak. If you are looking for a quality steak to cook in the air fryer, I recommend Butcher Box. Their steaks come to you frozen and you can remove the packaging and load the steak straight into the air fryer. Thanks for reading our air fryer frozen steak recipe on Recipe This. We have many more air fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though, our personal recommendation would be to pair our air fryer frozen steak with our air fryer fries. Steak and fries just go so well together.
