Remove the seeds and excess flesh from your just cooked spaghetti squash and place in a bowl.
Then using an extra bowl separate the spaghetti squash seeds from everything else.
Rinse the spaghetti squash seeds and then pat dry with kitchen towel to remove any extra moisture.
Load spaghetti seeds into a bowl with seasoning and extra virgin olive oil and mix with your hands until well mixed.
Load the spaghetti squash into the air fryer basket and make sure it is spread out.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f or until crispy enough to your liking. Check on the spaghetti squash seeds at minute 5 and if too close together spread out a little.
