Everyday air fryer omelette. Perfect for breakfast in the air fryer and easy to mix and match with your favourite omelette fillings.

  • Crack the eggs, seasoning and milk into a mixing jug and mix with a fork until well beaten. Or you can add them all in gradually – whichever suits you best.

  • Add in the remaining ingredients and you can mix and match – onion, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, pepper, and spinach all work well. Line the air fryer with a paper liner and then pour over your omelette mixture.
