Please note: This reheating steak in air fryer recipe was tested in our Cosori Air Fryer XL (its this one). Air fryers vary so adjust if necessary, depending on the quality of your air fryer. Or consult the temperature test on page 18 of The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook.
Temperature. Avoid a high temperature when reheating in the air fryer. Cooking at 200c/400f will result in your steak becoming dried out and ruined.
Chunks. If you have just leftover chunks rather than a full steak, I recommend 4 minutes on each side instead.
