Instructions

  • Peel and slice your pumpkin into French fries making sure you remove the seeds and any overly fleshy bits.
  • Toss in mixed herbs and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Load into the air fryer and cook your pumpkin fries for 10 minutes at 160c/320f.
  • Shake your pumpkin fries and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.

Notes

For air fryer pumpkin wedges – slice into chunky wedges without peeling and cook for 2 more minutes at 160c/320f but do everything else the same as pumpkin fries.
For air fryer pumpkin chunks – follow our recipe for air fryer butternut squash chunks instead.
