Use the ingredients from the chicken section and mix with 1 marinade. Or you can make 7* the marinades and then mix and match with 7* lots of protein.
Bagging. If using a bag holder and zip loc bags place the marinade into the bag, shake it all about and seal. If saving for the freezer, label it up and freeze it flat.
If preparing in the foil tray, add the marinade, mix in the chicken ingredients, fridge or freeze for later and then air fry when ready.
If using the zip loc method, transfer the contents of the bag to a paper liner and air fry. Or if using the tray containers, when ready transfer to the air fryer.
To air fry, set the temperature to 180c/360f and air fry for 15 minutes for small breasts, 20 minutes for medium and 25 minutes for large.
Always perform an internal temperature of the chicken at the thickest part and make sure its 70c/160f or above before serving.
Then slice your chicken and its ready for enjoying.
