Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts into the air fryer basket in your favourite marinade (we used sweet chilli from our air fryer chicken marinades set) or alternatively season with salt and pepper. If cooking in a marinade add the chicken breast to a paper liner.

  • Air fry the chicken for 18 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • Check that the chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 70c/160f or above. Though adjust for a larger, or smaller chicken breast.

  • Allow to rest, slice and serve.

Notes

Size. Note that our air fryer chicken breast time and temp is based on medium chicken breasts. You will need to add extra for smaller or larger.
Dual. If you have an air fryer dual (such as this one we have) we recommend instead making one of your sides in one drawer and then the breasts in the other. Then you can have a full meal ready together.
