Calling all steak fans. This is air fryer steak and chips at its best. Both the steak and then chips cook together in the air fryer and they are perfect for any easy dinner.
Start by peeling and chopping the potatoes into chunky chips. Add them to a bowl with your olive oil, parsley and a generous seasoning of salt and pepper.
Place the chips into the air fryer basket, spreading them out for an even cook. Then air fry the chips for 12 minutes at 180c/360f or until fork tender.
Shake the chips and then place the sirloin steaks over the chips. Season the top of the steak with half the garlic powder and steak seasoning and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
Air fry for 4 minutes at the same temperature then flip and season again on the other side and air fry for another 4 minutes.
If using garlic butter over your steaks, mix the ingredients and add them to the top of the steak for the final minute of cook time.
Serve your steak and chips.
Notes
