Peel the onion and slice into thin strips. Also slice into strips the chicken breast and the two peppers.
Place the chicken and veggies into a bowl with the olive oil and seasonings and mix well with your hands.
Place the veggies into the air fryer basket and spread it out, leaving the chicken in your bowl for now. Air fry the veggies at 180c/360f for 6 minutes.
Shake the air fryer, add the chicken and continue to air fry at the same temperature for a further 12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Then serve with your favourite sides.
