  • Drain a can of tinned potatoes and then pat dry with kitchen towel (paper towel).

  • Place the potatoes into a bowl with the melted butter and the seasonings and mix well with your hands until fully coated.

Crispy. We found that the potatoes needed 20 minutes to get to a good level of crispiness but if your goal is heated through potatoes you can reduce this to 10 minutes.
Coating. We went with a classic restaurant style of garlic butter and parsley. You can swap the butter for extra virgin olive oil if you prefer.
