  • Cut your wraps to size so that they fit into your pasty maker. Then load up a little of each of the fillings.

  • Brush the edges of the wraps with the egg wash to help it stick together and then press down the pasty maker to make pasties. Use some cocktail sticks to keep the wraps in place. Then add a good layer of egg wash.

  • Load the festive bakes into the air fryer basket and air fry for 4 minutes at 170c/340f before serving.
