  • Remove the packaging from your salmon fillets and place them into your air fryer basket. Add 2 cups (480ml) of water into the pressure cooker pot and then add your air fryer basket to it.

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on your salmon and add slices of lemon.

  • Place the pressure cooker lid on your Ninja Foodi and set the cook time to 0 minutes. Then when it beeps do a quick pressure release.

  • Remove the water from the cooking pot and brush the salmon with teriyaki sauce. Then cook for a further 5 minutes using the air fryer lid at 180c/360f before serving.

Seasoning. You can mix and match with any of your favourite seasonings or marinades. You can also swap salmon for another fish fillet of a similar size.
