  • Cut the end off your acorn squash and then slice lengthways. Remove the seeds.

  • Spray the flesh with extra virgin olive oil.

  • Then for savoury season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Then air fry for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • For sweet acorn squash season with nutmeg and half the cinnamon and air fry for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • Then after the 10 minutes add honey to the centre of the acorn along with the remaining cinnamon. Air fry for a final 5 minutes at the same temperature.

Honey. The honey gets very hot and fast. That is why we recommend you add it after 10 minutes of cooking and not straight away.
