Air Fryer Steak Bites And Potatoes
Air Fryer Steak Bites And Potatoes. The ultimate recipe for steak bites in the air fryer, cooked with seasoned potatoes. A delicious air fryer dinner that is perfect for busy lazy nights.
Air Fryer Steak Bites Recipe Ingredients:
Peel and chop your potatoes into your preferred shapes. Place in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, bouquet garni and parsley. Mix with your hands and load into your air fryer basket.
Cook your potatoes in the air fryer at 160c/320f for 5 minutes.
Tenderise the steak and then chop into bite size pieces.
Season the steak bites with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place the steak bites over the potatoes and cook for 6 minutes at 160c/320f, followed by a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f.
Avoid large potatoes. You want to chop your potatoes no larger than a small roast potato. Otherwise the potatoes won’t be cooked enough and will be underdone.
If you would like garlic butter steak bites, add in a few squares of butter for the last 4 minutes of cooking and the butter will melt over the steak and drip onto the potatoes. Higher in calories but super yummy!
