Ingredients

  • ½ Small Onion
  • 450 g Minced/Ground Beef
  • 450 g Minced/Ground Pork
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Puree
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Tsp Tomato Puree/Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Powder
  • 2 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Mixed Herbs/Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and finely dice your onion.

  • Load into a bowl everything including the onion you have just chopped.

  • Mix the mixture with your hands and then once thoroughly mixed form into meatball shapes.

  • Place the meatballs into the air fryer basket or drawer, spreading them out so they are on a single layer.
