Make the Yorkshire pudding batter about 15 minutes before you plan to eat so that the batter can sit. Add to a bowl the plain flour, and season it with salt and pepper and give it a quick mix. Make a well in the centre for the eggs and crack the eggs in.
With a fork mix the eggs, slowly incorporating the flour as you mix. Then slowly add in the milk too until you have a batter. Mix with a fork until bubbles appear in the batter and then leave it on the side.
Next remove the crisp plates from the Ninja drawers (or use a tin if using an air fryer basket) and add the sausages, spreading them out between to the two air fryer drawers. Use the match feature and set both drawers at the same time to 200c/400f for 8 minutes on air fry.
When the air fryer drawers beep, quickly turn over the sausages with tongs. Then pour over the batter, equally between the two drawers and cook at the same time and temperature again.
When the air fryer beeps again, use a plate to flip over the toad in the holes and place them back into the drawers. Match the drawers again and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
When the air fryer beeps, remove the toad in the holes. Next place the crisp plates back in. Then add the green beans and the gravy to the drawers. You can air fry the gravy in the gravy boat or in a ramekin whatever works best for you. Then air fry using the match feature for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
When the air fryer beeps, slice the toad in the holes in half and serve with the green beans and gravy.
