Place into a bowl the flour, sugar and greek yoghurt and start mixing with a wooden spoon. Add the lemonade and keep mixing and finally mix in the raisins.
Flour a clean worktop along with a rolling pin and your hands. Then use your floured hands to bring together the mixture into a scone dough.
Transfer the scone dough to your worktop and knead, then roll out with your rolling pin to 2.5cm/1 inch in height.
Use a cookie cutter to cut scone circles and then transfer them into the air fryer basket. Roll again to use up all the dough.
Top the scones with egg wash and then air fry for 14 minutes at 180c/360f.
