  • 4 Large Carrots
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 240 ml Instant Pot Veggie Stock
  • 4 Tbsp Leftover Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Mixed Herbs
  • Salt & Pepper

  • Peel and dice the sweet potato, red onion, and the carrots. Then slice the red pepper into chunks.

  • Load everything into the soup maker, in any order.

  • Then cook your nanas magic soup for 25 minutes on the smooth soup setting.

  • When the soup has about 5 minutes left, make your air fryer grilled cheese.

Notes

Leftovers. We love to make our own mashed potato cubes. What we do is freeze leftover mash in ice cube trays and then use it in the soup maker to thicken soups. It’s the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of mash. Or if making soup you can add 1 medium potato.
Stock. We also freeze our stock. You can do the same or you can mix an OXO cube with some water.
