Instructions

  • Remove frozen parsnips (or carrots) from a freezer bag and place in the air fryer making sure they are spread out.

  • Air fry for 18 minutes at 180c/360f, shake and then do a fork test to see if they are fork tender. Once they are increase the temperature to 200c/400f for a final 4 minutes to help make them crispy like roasted parsnips.

  • In a bowl add honey, mustard and balsamic vinegar and mix with a fork. Toss the parsnips once cooked in the bowl before transferring to a serving dish.

Notes

You can swap 500g of parsnips for half frozen carrots and half frozen parsnips. My preference is to a mix of the two rather than just parsnips.
