  • Peel and slice your onion. Load into the Thermomix with your garlic cloves and extra virgin olive oil. Place it on speed 6 for 5 seconds to mix well and to cut up the onion and garlic more finely. Then scrape down the edges.

Creamy. If you would like your mixed vegetable soup to be creamier, then opt for 750ml of stock rather than 1000ml.
