  • Peel and slice your bananas to the same thickness.

  • Load the bananas into a bowl with lemon juice and gently toss, making sure you don’t break your banana slices. Then use a spoon to remove them so that they don’t break.

Setting. Note that the Power Air Fryer Oven has a weird set up. You have to press fruit and then adjust the time up to 55c and then adjust the cook time.
Lemon. Its essential that you toss your banana in lemon otherwise as they cook you will have ugly brown banana chips that are not as flavoursome and not as firm as they should be.
