Slimming World Chickpea Curry Ingredients:
Follow our air fryer roasted chickpeas recipe, but swap the seasoning for garam masala, cumin, and curry powder. Then air fry for 5 minutes.
When the air fryer beeps transfer the chickpeas into an air fryer baking pan or any suitable air fryer cooking dish.
Pour in curry sauce and stir with a plastic fork.
Air fry for a further 5 minutes at 180c/360f and serve warm.
Naan. If serving with a naan bread this recipe will stretch to feed four people with a naan for each person. You can also double up this recipe if you wanted to.
Leftovers. This chickpea curry is ideal for when you have some leftover curry sauce and don’t have any plans for it. One batch of my soup maker curry sauce would keep you in chickpea curry for at least 6 mealtimes.
