Soup Maker Cauliflower Soup. How to make a delicious creamy cauliflower soup in the soup maker. Loaded with frozen cauliflower, garlic, and vegetable stock, this is the easiest ever cauliflower soup.
Soup Maker Cauliflower Soup Ingredients:
Peel and dice your onion and garlic clove. Load into the soup maker with seasonings and frozen cauliflower.
Place the lid on the soup maker and select smooth soup and cook for 28-30 minutes. When it beeps remove the lid, stir in milk, any extra seasonings and enjoy!
Cauliflower. You can use either frozen or fresh cauliflower. I recommend using frozen. Its already prepped and is healthier for you. Plus, the cook time stays the same.
Time. The Morphy Richards soup maker has a standard 28 minute cook time, whilst the Ninja Foodi Soup Maker has 30 minutes, just go with whatever the setting is on your soup maker.
Milk. We add the milk last. This is because you can then check how thick the soup is, use the milk and add more milk if needed and also use it to cool down your soup quicker.
Spicy. To make our spicy soup add in 1Tsp each of garam masala, curry powder, cumin, and coriander. Then stir in ½ tsp of turmeric for the beautiful golden colour.
