Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges. How to make crispy sweet potato wedges in the air fryer. These perfect sweet potato wedges are seasoned, low fat, crispy and addictive.
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges Ingredients:
Give your sweet potato skins a clean. Peel and slice your sweet potatoes into wedges.
Load your sweet potatoes into a bowl with your seasonings and extra virgin olive oil and use your hands to thoroughly mix them.
Load the sweet potato wedges into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 160c/320f.
Shake the air fryer basket, check with a fork that your wedges are cooked and then cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
Serve and enjoy.
Seasonings. You can mix and match your seasonings depending on what you are serving with your sweet potato wedges. We will usually use cajun and paprika so that we have sweet potato wedges that are similar to KFC. But you can use whatever you like.
Shake. I recommend you shake the wedges when you change the cooking temperature. This is because the sweet potato wedges can stick together, and it will stop them from getting crispy.
