I buy mixed beef and pork mince. It works perfectly because it gives you a delicious mix of flavours and is not dry like it can be when you use 100% minced beef.Because we are using mixed mince you don’t need breadcrumbs to make them into hamburger patties. We cooked our whole wheat dinner rolls first in the air fryer and then allowed them to cool while our hamburgers and French fries were cooking in the air fryer. If you avoid the whole wheat bread rolls it can be low carb and Slimming World friendly. We have found the best place to source mixed mince to make Airfryer Hamburgers is from ButcherBox.
