  • Peel and thinly dice your onion.
  • Place the mince, onion and the seasonings into a bowl and mix well.
  • Make the mixture into hamburger patty shapes and then place them into the air fryer to one side.
  • Place the French Fries to the other side.
  • Cook at 180c/360f for 15 minutes.
  • Add a slice of mozzarella cheese to the tops of both burgers and then cook for a further 2 minutes at 160c/320f for the cheese to melt.

Notes

You can double up the portion sizes if you are feeding a family of four. These burgers can also be served at your summer barbecue if you wish or make them when you are camping. I buy mixed beef and pork mince. It works perfectly because it gives you a delicious mix of flavours and is not dry like it can be when you use 100% minced beef.

Because we are using mixed mince you don’t need breadcrumbs to make them into hamburger patties. We cooked our whole wheat dinner rolls first in the air fryer and then allowed them to cool while our hamburgers and French fries were cooking in the air fryer. If you avoid the whole wheat bread rolls it can be low carb and Slimming World friendly.

We have found the best place to source mixed mince to make Airfryer Hamburgers is from ButcherBox. You even receive free bacon and $10 off your first order when you sign up with this link.
