Quick and easy microwave fudge using the Calico Cottage Fudge Kit. Four different fudge flavours including strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and salted caramel.

  • Fudge Making Kit
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Water

  • Load butter into your fudge making bowl and microwave for 60 seconds or until your butter is microwaved.

  • Add your fudge making powder into the melted butter and stir. Microwave for 30 seconds.

  • Mix in any extras such as smarties, chocolate chips etc along with the recommended water.

  • Microwave for a further 30 seconds and stir again.

  • Next pour into a paper container and leave at room temperature for 4 hours before cutting into fudge chunks.

Notes

Water – I noticed the water quantity varied a lot between the different fudge making kits. Be very careful as you don’t want to add too much.
Wattage – The cook time for your microwave fudge recipe will vary depending on your wattage. Our 800w microwave cooked the fudge in 22 minutes in total.
