Dump your block of frozen chicken breast into the Ninja Foodi cooking pot.
Pour over leftover soup or stock so that is smothers your chicken breast. Then pour 1 cup (240ml) of water over. Place the lid on your Ninja pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing.
Pressure cook for 20 minutes, followed by a 10 minute natural pressure release, before releasing the remaining pressure.
Remove the chicken breasts and shred with meat claws. Season with salt and pepper and mix with barbecue sauce.

Notes
Water. We add the water because if your sauce is thick (like mine) it will cause the burn warning and struggle to get to pressure. But if you are using a traditional chicken stock that is not as thick as a sauce, then you don’t need water.Optional. The barbecue sauce is optional and you can mix and match it with another sauce. You could also use taco seasoning and use your shredded chicken for tacos. You could also slice your chicken if you don’t want shredded chicken. Thanks for reading Ninja Foodi Frozen Chicken Breast on Recipe This.
