Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the Airfryer to 180c/360f. Flour the bottom, top and sides of your Airfryer baking pan and put it to one side.
  • Grate your zucchini and put it to one side.
  • In a large mixing bowl add your eggs, olive oil, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well with a hand mixer. Do this until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and the green tea.
  • Fold in the grated zucchini and dark chocolate chips.
  • Add the batter into the Airfryer baking pan and cook for 20 minutes on 180c/360f.

Notes

Always squeeze the extra moisture out of the zucchini otherwise it will make your chocolate chip zucchini bread very wet. Allow the chocolate chip zucchini bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the Airfryer baking pan.
Then use a butter knife around the edges so that it easily comes away from the baking pan. Then transfer them to a cooling rack and slice when cool enough to touch. You can use any sugar but I prefer brown sugar for this type of bread. I used one teabag that I emptied out into the bowl when I made this recipe.
