Air Fryer Loaded Potatoes

Now the final part of the menu we are jumping in with our new Airfryer recipe for loaded potatoes. Take some delicious crunchy and crispy potatoes and then load them up and all of a sudden, your guests will think you are god!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Chop up the potatoes (with their skins on) into medium sized chunks. Rub the skin with a little olive oil. Season them with salt and pepper.
  • Place in the Airfryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Remove them from the Airfryer basket and place them inside the Airfryer baking pan.
  • Load them up with your favourite toppings and then cook for a further 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve with the rest of your Airfryer fakeaway.

Notes

For toppings I loaded mine up with some leftover Bolognese and some cheddar cheese.
They are just 1.5 Syns per portion for these loaded potatoes.
